Dang, not dissin but I don't think I could kill a squirrel with that rig unless it was gaggin on the barrel. Looks complicated ! Prolly fun with a few cold ones though !!

with the turn of a screw the sights come off and I have a Weaver RV7 that I can mount and have zeroed in 4-5 shots,,you would be surprised how quiet the 28.6 inch barrel is with Standard Velocity ammo,,you can sit back 50-60 yards and kill ever squirrel in a tree and not spook them off,,

Have you tried any regular off the shelf 22 ammo just to see how it does?

Federal Auto Match shoots very well,CCI Mini Mags shoot good also,,actually have never shot any ammo through the Ultra Lux that was just aweful,,some ammo will have fliers at times but it is not real picky and shoots pretty good with anything.

the sound level of the SV ammo from the long barrel is worth the cost of ammo,,
