Food Plots shaded plots

I'm wanting to Bush hog some strip around my property lines in the woods and they want get much sun light if any so is there anything I can plant for deer

Whitetail Institute claims their "Secret Spot" only needs 4 hours a day of direct sun. I tried it in a shaded spot last year with bad results though. i didn't get any significant amount to even come up. I don't know if the problem was a lack of sunlgiht or something else though. I just put out a few soybeans in that same spot last Saturday so will see how they do.

Clover will do fairly well with limited sunlight
