I live in Trimble I want to learn how to trap is there any one that would be willing to help me learn I only have public land to trap and want to take full advantage of it just need help learning

Watch YouTube videos to learn how to make a set. Find videos called "Teachers of the night" by Clint Locklear to learn how animals approach sets. Most of the guys on a forum called Trapperman will answer questions. I'm s fairly new trapper, myself, and this is a lot of what I did. Some experienced trappers on this site will also answer questions

TWRA offer voluntary trapper ed classes as well. You'll probably have to watch TWRA's social media pages to find out when and where a class is being offered. They used to show up on the hunter ed registration page for in person classes, but I don't know if they still do.

TWRA has a trapping intro class on January 6, just signed up for it myself
