Nice, looks like a wooly bugger. Can't say I see a sculpin in that, but can't say it wouldn't work good, I bet rock bass will eat it up too.

There was a trout guide on the White River many years ago that caught some big fish on a "jig". You never know until you fish them. That's what make fly tying so much fun. Good luck.

I tie one like this but cheat on the fins using Clear Cure Goo and a UV light to make the big pec fins.
