Just got back from scouting a new area I have to hunt. Snapped a pic of this guy. Any ideas on score and age.

2.5. 110". Probably more like 100" with velvet off. Be a good one in a few years

Way to small and young. My minimum public land buck has to score 220". 250" on private, lol!

which national park are you in, and I dont know how to guess the score on a mule deer very well. Good buck

if it's public land I'd leave it at State X and not give any more info to anyone... I know what happens when you say anything online about public land

You must know one of the 2 people I've sent it to. Only 1 person knows where it is. And if they told anyone nobody would ever believe where this dude was "hiding" out. It was awesome seeing this buck and others in his bachelor group.

Id say 202" gross, and would say I know areas with similar landscape and bucks in Arizona, idaho and colorado. Of I had to guess id say kaibab -with velvet still on...

It might as well be a national park, they only give out 2 non resident tags for this area.

Actually, a lot of deer do summer in the nearby National Park and migrate to the same wintering grounds. This one probably took a left when he was supposed to take a right.

One way to find out, shootem and scorem lol. I keep comin up with 200-205 still, I do all my muley guessing off 10" ear so it will vary a couple inches but either way a definite shooter!

Grand Canyon National Park? Out side of the main hotel? Lol seen some dandies when I used to go up there each week for work a few years ago you said we were close
