Scope Rings Close to Reticle Housing

To get the optimum eye relief, I set up this beautiful Bushnell Elite 4200 on my CVA Accura in the manner below. Will the rear ring's proximity to the reticle housing affect accuracy? I don't think there is a way to get even spacing with this set up...

You should be fine. I just wouldn't have the turret housing touching the ring at any point.

Overall, you should be fine. I noticed that your scope has not been focused yet. The rear ocular adjustment is all the way in. You may be able to adjust your scope in the rings after you make some adjustments. Then again, you may like it focused that way.
