I need one screw for my pic rail on my rifle bc the front screw was cut too short and does not fit in the threads..... Trouble is... I don't know the thread size. It is a torex head. Short of ordering screws in all sizes would anyone know how to find out? Or does anyone have any extra I could meet up and buy from u? I only need one.... And I believe u have to order a whole pack.

As i read this post I thought, I wonder if I am the only one who never throws away a ring or base screw? My little plastic box of miscellaneous stuff has lots of them.

I believe the 6-48 standard is now just that.

Beware of Aluminum screws. They are cheap for a reason.

And consider the acquisition of a torque wrench that works in inch-pounds.

I called them. They would not just send me one. I had to buy some. But I found one from a set of Millet rings and made it work. Wish mine was pinned also
