Someone give me some feedback on some good bases and rings for an Encore. I have a 22-250 im gonna start shooting, new barrel never fired.
 
I have been looking at the Talley some dont give very good reviews tho. Never had a one piece but it makes much more sense to me less to come loose.

I have dropped my rifle down a 50 ft rock cliff to save my life. The rifle took direct hits to the bolt handle, Zeiss Conquest scope, Talley Lightweight mounts, muzzle, and stock when I went on a tndeer hog hunt. Took the rifle to the range to see if it was still on. Sure enough, it was dead on. I haven't touched the adjustments on my scope. After seeing what the mounts went through, I'm sold on them. I haven't read many bad reviews about them at all. I would be interested to see why they didn't give them good reviews.
 
The ones I read was to the effect of the holes wasnt drilled correctly and wouldnt like up. Of course you have to weed out the reviews some ppl cant be pleased with anything. Couple more days and I think talley or similar it will be.
