There is a boy I go to church with that is wanting to go hunting. He lives in KY and i'm not sure if he has taken the hunter safety course, he is 12 or 13. Can he buy the apprentice license since he lives in ky, and does he have to have it in addition to the type 070 and 086? Thank you.
