School house cafeteria spaghetti recipe:

40 lbs ground beef
2lbs diced green peppers
2 lbs. diced onions
1/2 cup chili powder
1 cup garlic
1/4 c salt
1/4 c black pepper
6 # 10 cans tomato sauce
1#10 can water
10 lbs spaghetti noodles

boil noodles until tender, wash drain and set aside

sauce:
brown ground beef and drain fat
add peppers and onions and cook until peppers and onions are tender
mix garlic, chili powder salt and pepper and water into tomato sauce
add tomato mixture to ground beef.
let simmer at least 1 hr.
run hot water over noodles and drian. mix noodles and sauce together
place in large cake pans. place sliced cheese on top. place in 350 degree oven only until cheese is melted.

oh man, shut up....two soft, hot wheat rolls and an extra chocolate mrlk for me, lol.

We used to have meatloaf on Monday and spaghetti on Tuesday. heh

Took me till high school to figure out that cycle..

Was still good though!
