Anyone ever use deer dander to cover up scent

how does everyone keep their climbing stand scent free during the off season I was going to use big space saver bag and put cedar limbs in and take the air out to seal in the cedar smell

My stand and camo is stored inside. A few days before the season opens, I take it outside and put it under the covered porch. Hit it with some scent away spray and that's it. And it stays outside most of the season.

I use Hoppes #9 for scent cover. Deer love it.
