Sawtooth help

Looking to purchase couple of bare root trees. While talking to a friend, he said there is one that has larger acorns than the Gobbler trees. I haven't been able to find any trees on the net that have acorns almost the size of white oaks.

Did buy some Gobblers. If you know of a place or web site, please help, thanks

He must just mean regular Sawtooths. Gobbler Sawtooths have a smaller acorn than regular Sawtooth. Regular Sawtooth- Quercus acutissima. "Gobbler" Sawtooth- Quercus acutissima variant Gobbler. Gobblers have just been selected for smaller nut size.

Talked to Edward today,hes a nice guy,they'll give you his cell number.I believe gobblers also drop later than reg sawtooths as well,I think I read that,thinking of mixing them up some.
