Just feeling out the atmosphere to see if anyone may want to trade. Not sure if I want to but I sure do like the Pro Hunter OR Endeavors. Or would consider selling. Again, not sure if I want to but just checking.

MRUTVOL said:Just curious....Why ?? There is no comparison between the 2. The Savage is by far the best of the 2. The only plus to the Encore is that you can change multiple barrels and calibers but that is expensive also with barrels running around $300.

Question:
What makes it superior? Other than it can hold up to the pressure. Is it just heavier?
Why has TC not come out with their version?
I read somehwere about a guy doing a smokless build, but it's probably not worth the effort.

tndrbstr said:Bad Bull also makes smokless muzzleloaders. If savage is the Cadillac of muzzy's then Bad Bull is supposed to be the Ferrari. From what I understand they will walk circles around the savage. I can't say tho, I haven't shot either one.
Heres a link to em.http://www.badbullmuzzleloaders.com/
Go to thier home page and check out their models. Pretty impresive. It just depends on how deep ya want to dig!

O heck yeah...................you best have a fat wallet for one of those dogs. I would have to be ML exclusive to own one of those.

I am glad you are getting to pull the trigger. I have had several opportunities at some does and small bucks, but I have several really nice deer on camera that I am holding out for. I am glad you like it. I have read your blogs and know you are happy with it,exception: the scope. I wasn't crazy about the scope either. I remind you again, don't forget to send pictures of the hunt out west. Good luck.
