Smokelessmz also sells a plug that uses a tungsten bushing. The bushing lasts much longer than a vent liner and its replaceable too. The .030 bushing model should work very well in a 50cal. Using typical MLII load data, the bushing may last close to 1000 shots.

Thanks for sharing. I just read Luke's website and this sounds like A LOT better option than vent liners. I do not shoot as much as some on here, so not sure the $110 up front cost will be warranted for me, but it is good to know this option exists. Thanks again!

I can burn up a vent in under 30 shots without pushing the limits. Highend loads in under 15 shots but thats with a 45cal sabotless.
