Picked up a used savage stainless with accutrigger and it has the old-style smokeless plug which is slotted and requires a special wrench. I really don't want to purchase a tool for 25 bucks from savage… I would rather just borrow somebody's to remove the plug and install a new style since I own three of those plugs.
