Just received the BassPro Black Friday Sale paper, has a Savage Axis XP with a basic 9X40 scope, $249.97 after rebate. Caliber not stated.

I saw that as well. Problem is, it starts on Black Friday for the rifle. Good deal, but I don't do Black Friday.

Doesn't say; at that price, probably not. Check the Savage web site.

My primary deer rifle is a Savage without the accutrigger, and I've never had a problem with the trigger.

Looks like it doesn't have the accutrigger, and that's still a great deal.

My primary deer rifle is also a Savage, and the accutrigger is a great feature. I've never shot one that didn't, though, they may be just as nice, idk.
