Savage 93

Anyone have any experience with a savage 93 22 WMR?

I had one with heavy barrel in 17HMR several years ago. It was a great gun and very accurate, almost boringly accurate. I traded it when it ammo became so expensive I could shoot 556 for close to the same price.

Thanks! I'm looking for something that's accurate but not too expensive to keep in the sxs and probably get dinged up.

Also have one in 17 hmr like said very accurate. I have never had any issuses but if I was going to get another one it would have accutrigger.

Have you looked at the savage b22 f compact in wmr. They have a 10rd clip and alot shorter but still just as accurate

i keep a Marlin 882ss .22magnum on my sxs it deadly accurate i love it enough i have 2 of them lol not really all that hard to find

Another with the Savage Model 93 .17 HMR as well, and they are fun to shoot and pretty dang akrit to boot.

I have one, pretty accurate. I can shoot a wild hogs eye out at 75 yards

I had a stainless with laminated stock Savage 93 in 17 hmr. I had the barrel threaded 1/2x28 for a suppressor. It shot lights out, not kidding. 10 shots covered with a dime at 100 yards accuracy. I also had a marlin 882ss that i threaded barrel 1/2x28 also. It shot pretty well also once i worked on the trigger a little. Not as accurate as the Savage.

i have the savage with stainless bull barrel,not threaded but its a tack driver also. black synthetic stock and accutrigger.
