For those who wanted the recipe, here it is.

Ingredients:
2 cans croissants ( I like the Grands Flaky)
1 lb. sausage
1 block cream cheese-softened
1 bag (2c) shredded cheddar cheese- mild or sharp are both fine

Directions:
Brown and drain the sausage. Mix sausage, cream cheese and shredded cheese together. Put a heaping tbs. of the mixture onto the fat end of the croissant and roll up.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until light golden brown.

Notes-for hors d'ouvre size, cut the croissant in half (from skinny end to fat end) and use a heaping tsp. of the meat mixture.
You can also roll out a can of croissants into the bottom of a baking dish, spoon all the mixture over it and cover with the other can of croissants and bake. Cut it into squares and serve.

I love this stuff. We've also used it to stuff mushrooms and on occasion by itself as a dip. Instead of croissants you can also put it those little piece of rye break and bake in the oven. Versatile and easy to make.
