Used to fish for them years ago on the Hiwassee river. Anybody catching any right now anywhere?

I remember the glory days of catching sauger on the Hiawassee and the Ocoee. It's not like it used to be anymore. However, the walleye seem to be doing pretty well. I catch them by accident fishing for other species. I'd say if you knew how to fish for them you would probably do pretty good in the places you used to catch sauger.
