Nice! Wife and I just discussed needing to put up some sauce...it can be overwhelming when so many tomatoes come in at the same time...making sauce is another way to use them...heck last year I was washing them and cutting them into wedges and filling freezer bags....then in winter when wife made veggie soup or chilli we'd thaw a bag or two and dump them in the pot...did the same with okra when we got so much at once...oops, went off topic...we do want to make some sauce and freeze...looks great!

I've been considering one of those. Are you absolutely delighted or more so-so okay with it?
We have had ours for quite a while, think it was like $49 when I bought it. Been very happy with it.
