Not I. I'm still playing catchup on things needed to be finished up before the cooler weather finally gets here. Hope to be ready by next weekend tho, supposed to be a cool down headed this way. But then again, they've been saying that for a month or so now.

It's kinda like how some see voting and church. I don't miss because I feel like a sinner if I do. So, I'll definitely be there.

Gonna sight the ML in tomorrow morning. Might float the river Sunday afternoon and scout some islands. My even take the xbow as I've seen quite a few deer while I'm out fishing. Yes I know watercraft cannot be under power if I wanted to hunt from a boat.

This weekend was going to be my first real opportunity to get out this season. With highs in the mid-80s, I just can't bring myself to do it. Might have to take Thursday and Friday morning off next week to get out though.

The weather is looking mighty nice for next weekend for sure, maybe even moving in a couple days early.

I plan to hunt tomorrow, but these never ending days of 90 degree highs is about to break me. As others have stated, my expectations are pretty low all things considered. I hope the forecast for next weekend (50s/70s) holds, as that will be a welcomed change in my part of the state. Good luck to everyone going, stay safe!

My sons home from college for fall break and wants to go for his first bow hunt. I'm not expecting much with the heat as it is but I will be glad to just get out with him and hopefully make some memories.
