Sandhill limits?

I just noticed on my quota hunt application it says bag limit of 3 cranes.
On the hunt application details it says bag limit 1 sandhill crane.

Wonder why it's just 1 ? Is that right? I was thinking you could kill 3 per permit?

Not a big deal, be lucky to kill one anyway but just curious.

There was a hand drawing in East TN earlier this year and those tags you are allowed 3 cranes per permit and have to hunt in East TN I believe, the computer draw was statewide which only allows 1 crane per permit
