No doubt I hate bama but if you believe Saban or his minions weren't paying players then I guess keep those blinders on. I know someone who went on a recruiting visit there with his son and he said the vehicles in the athletes parking lot were insane. That said all the big schools have been doing it whether folks believe it or not even my Vols. Some were just better at it than others.

This. Big schools been paying players since the 80s and probably before. The thing everyone knew and no one talked about.
