my son (14 yo)came home yesterday hitting me up to go dove hunting. I asked him where and he said he didn't know...but that he really enjoyed the last time we went. TWRA has a leased field off Cainsville pike on Oregon Rd.Right across the Wilson county line.40 acres of corn.Good Luck

They usually have one in Lavergne (the name escapes me) but I'm not sure about this year. My brother-in-law and father-in-law have hunted it a few times and said it was okay. Any public field you'll probably need to be there early.

They don't seem to have a lot of luck with this field. Last time I was there some folks was telling me they weren't flying well.
