Well my hopes for hunting today were ruined.Got a call early that my RV/Toy Hauler had been broken into during the night.When I arrived just after daylight (had planned to hunt PM) found My ATV had been stolen RV trashed clothes stolen etc.This all happened around 1:30AM a couple of them heard a vehicle @ my trailer thinking it was me, :cry: My trailer is less than 50yrds from the group!!! One of the guys even wondered why my KingQuad was running @ that time of morning :roll:

I've hunted this lease almost 15yrs,guys leave ATV's UTV's sitting around all the time no problems 'til last night.They cut the switch out of the ATV and did considerable damage to the RV getting the ramp down to unload it.They couldn't get the locks cut so the dismantled the Ramp hardware inside the RV.They stole the Stereo system and tried to steal the big screen but evidently dropped it breaking the screen and left it lying in the road.

They then drove to the front gate busted the lock and drove away,driving right by all the snoozing hunters :ugeek:

If anyone here is approached about sale of a 2012KQ or hears about one please LMK,This quad is unique as the bumpers and racks have been Rhinolined She had 800mi on the clock and was very well maintained,paid for and titled. BTW theft was on Flat Top MTN Bledsoe County TN

Sounds like a few Azz whoopings are needed...that sucks man.I feel your pain.I was hit not to long ago myself
 
Wow, that more than sucks. If they had tried that in camp at our lease there's a better than average chance they would have been met with a pistol or two. Hate to say it, but that's so crazy it sounds like a possible inside job.

Is that in the Dunlap / Pikeville / Soddy area?
 
Lewis Chapel rd area,Not an inside job as the truck and trailer they used was found,truck stolen in Chattanooga 2 days ago and the trailer likewise was stolen yesterday,the stereo clothes ETC have been recovered not so with the KQ yet.It was last "heard" on the blacktop around 2AM about 1 mile from theft site it had very little fuel in it unless they added some it didn't get too far......my hopes of recovery are not great but we'll see.Keep y'all's eyes pealed,Bledsoe Co POPO is on it and working hard.Yep we all are very well armed too just too sleepy I guess,if'n I'd been there I guess My 10MM Sig likely would have changed their mind!!!!!
 
I hope they fall off of it and their balls are shredded off by asphalt then they fall into a puddle of gasoline.

Ass whooping not good enough. I think they need to be strung up and bull whipped.
 
That's messed up, man. I'm sorry this happened. Nothing makes a man feel violated like someone breaking & entering your personal space and stealing your stuff.
Reading your report seems like the a-holes knew what they were looking for...must have been scouting...

That sucks bad man I hope those sorry excuses for people get bit hard in the butt for that. Good luck with the ATV.

Feel your pain had my atv stolen about 16 years back. Just a disgusting feeling.
Funny side note though , the detective who worked my atv case helped identify the criminal but we were not able to get a conviction.
15 years later the same criminal stole said detectives zero turn mower ,trailer and all mowing equipment and was caught red handed . ThE clown has spent a few years locked up in memphis. #prisonlivesmatter. Lol
 
yep Lewis Chapel RD in Bledsoe county Tn.I've got some places I can hunt on the lease from my jeep/truck but right now have lost any interest in it.Waiting on the claims adjuster to set up appointment with me.I'm hoping the toy hauler comprehensive will cover the ATV loss but if they can wiggle out of it I'm sure they'll try!!!!

Guys got a call from the Bledsoe PoPo the KQ has been found in Sequarchie county tonight!!!! No info on condition but unless totally trashed I'll get her running again.Thanks for all the help/kind words and encouragement from each and everyone.I got NO help from the RV insurance carrier they were not going to cover the loss,just a word to the wise recently they seem to have adopted the policy that motorized vehicles in the back of a Toy Hauler are not covered without and additional rider (read that as additional $$$) So if you have a TH check your coverage!!!! Again thanks to all and especially the LEO's involved in recovery of my KQ
 
I was on a lease last yr on the line between Bledsoe and Cumberland co's. and we had nothing but trouble with theft. All campers broke into twice and stands and cameras stolen multiple times. I was lucky as I didnt leave anything of real value so i only lost a couple loc ons but dang I hate a thief!! That area must be full of trash!
 
Glad you got it back. Having had a camera and ladder stand stolen a few years back I know how it feels to suddenly find your property gone.
