Ruger Mini 14

Does anyone have experience swapping out the factory wood stock of a Ruger Mini14 to a synthetic 'tactical' stock. Gun is in great shape but I'd like to add a scope and don't want to drill into the gun to do so. It was my grandfathers so I'd like to preserve everything about the gun but also shoot it and not worry about scratching it if I were to take it coyote hunting. Definitely keeping the original stock too!

I haven't ordered yet. Still browsing but all I've found, that looks like it's been purchased & reviewed, is the ATI along with one other brand. I'm leaning toward the ATI at the moment. I'll gladly take a connection! Thank you!
