Ruger 77 MKII 6.5x55 Swede in beyond exceptional condition. These are rare to find - rarer even, in this condition. Glass is with it - have at least 3 boxes of ammo .. has been stored for few yrs and I've yet to shoot it and just have too many. $1350

Dang, this makes me want to drive to TN tonight.

You haven't fired it yet? If you could prove decent accuracy I would come get this thing. I have just seen several m77 that weren't very accurate. I know some can be very accurate. Just my experience.

Remember, only accurate rifles are interesting. Beautiful gun and I want a 6.5 sweed so bad

Be careful saying such things...you will get the manbun crowd all worked up.

I've loaded the Swede for both the early Mauser actions as well as modern actions (CZ).
I've also loaded for the CM. They aren't the same.

My pockets aren't deep enough at the moment. 2 weeks of snow and ice really puts a dent in a poor loggers play money! 😂

I will say, I just got done sighting in the old Mauser action I got at 100 yards. 128 year old action, no name 6.5x55 re-barrel. Cheapest Sellier & Bellot 140gr SP ammo I could find…half dollar size groups at 100 yards. I can't say I'm unhappy with that at all.

American made with modern materials in a calibre that's seldom seen. Since I'm "Swede poor" (blessed with owning more than one), all I can do is drool over that rifle.
Whether you shoot 140 gr. spitzers or 160 gr. RNFB (my personal favorite bullet), the 6.5x55 Swede punches way above its weight class. Its performance on the whitetails and feral hogs that I've shot has been awesome AND it doesn't beat you up with recoil and muzzle blast.
So, somebody PLEASE buy this rifle so the temptation goes away for me!
