I wanted a lightweight, short rifle in 308 Win for trekking deep into public land in any kind of weather and it's sure fit the bill. Mounted an old Nikon Monarch 3-9x40 low as I could so I could get a decent cheek weld since the stock's comb could obviously be a little higher. I highly recommend it, especially at that price!
