Rubbed fur

Looks like the critters around here have started rubbing the winter fur a little early.
Yote earlier this week had all the good fur between his shoulders and half way down his back rubbed off.
Got a BIG boar coon yesterday with beautiful fur. Once I got him out of the bush he was tangled/hunkered down in , he had a big bald spot between his shoulders too. :-( Tail was salvageable but with the fur houses only wanting the very best fur, the pelt wasn't worth keeping :cry:

Caught a female coyote Friday, small spot on back between the shoulders was rubbed. I caught several foxes over the last couple weeks whose fur was in great shape. Haven't caught any coons. This is in south Rutherford county.
