There is a small rr company that runs some tracks during the week that is at the back of my property. The center of the tracks is the property line. The easement is approx a 50 foot centerline best I can tell on the plat. Is there any regulations against me hanging a stand on trees that are on the edge of the track bed, on my property. Basically I have a thicket, then a creek, then around 45yards to center of tracks from the creek that's hardwoods. I told a guy that wants to come hunt with me if let him hunt it and he started spewing something about 200 yards and I couldn't be in it hunting. I figured it was about like a road right of way, am I wrong. He been in tn his whole life I'm a transplant so.... If it's in the book Im overlooking it.

Thanks

Sorry, from your description I would have no idea on the legality.

If you are shooting onto your property it probably legal, if you are hunting railroad property, it likely isn't.
