I just want to plant a few rows. More as a visual barrier. Where I want to plant Corn a Buck can stand and stage and never commit until after dark. The area is hard for them to scent check so my thought is to block the plot and make them come look. Might not work but......... It just might.

At co-op it was 158.00 a bag (I believe). I can call and confirm price or look elsewhere. I would be very interested in splitting a bag up.
 
Check with your chapter of NWTF. Don't know about in Tenn. but we just bought 33 bags of RR corn for $7.00 for a 62#bag here in Al. Only stipulation here in Al. is you must be a member of NWTF and you are limited to 5 bags each. They also had RR soybeans for $9.00/bag.
 
If there is a Rural King in your area they will usually have some there. Corn also keeps for a long time so you can us the same bag for several years.Just planted 5 acres yesterday with some I've had for 3 years. Needs to be store in a dry place.
