Well, if anyone read my thread on the main forum, i tested positive for the Rona yest. So now I'm off work and had plenty of time to deer hunt. With one tag remaining, I had my eyes set on a really nice 10 that has shown himself a couple times.

So off I went this afternoon. Already bored from sitting inside on day 1 of quarantine, I had to go do something...

Got set up around 1:30 and saw my first deer at 3:45. 2 does walked out in the corn field and we're just feeding along. Now this farm has so many does its unreal. So when I caught movement of a third deer I was expecting another doe... NOPE...

When he got into the field, I saw his neck and though dang that's a big doe. Binos up and nope saw the rack. Big older deer with a Roman face and ears and neck torn to death. Haven't gotten a pic of him all year so I'm guessing he is a new deer to the farm.

Weighed in at 174.6.

Now if anyone else had any suggestions of crap I could do for the rest of quarantine, it would be appreciated cause I already got banned from the duck blind til the wknd... haha!!!

Hopefully that wasn't your second buck tag, of course you could always do some turkey scouting or for deer season next year.

Nice buck. I keep waiting to get quarantined so I can go hunting. I do not want to test positive, just be close contact.
