I am looking for a used Rokon. I was also wondering if anyone had any experience with them. Seems to me they would be perfect for the hills and mountains of Tennessee. A friend and I are also kicking around the idea of becoming a dealer. We would be located in Knoxville. We would be the only dealers in Tennessee. Is anyone else interested in getting one go any where machines?

Those things have been around since the early 60's and were the best thing going before 4-wheelers were invented. I'd rather have a 4-wheeler now that they exist.

Been using one for many years. First few weeks I had it, I thought I made a big mistake; it's not like riding a four-wheeler at all. After a few months of riding it in the mountains, I fell in love with it. Can't get me on a four-wheeler now.

There are pros and cons to having one. I like going anyplace a FW can go and a lot of places they can't. Due to health i can't drag deer out like I used to; the Rokon lets me go to the deer anywhere and drag him out. I have a sled I use for bucks to protect the hide and use a magnum came cart tied on the back for long hauls down logging roads.

Here is a pic of deer my dad got a few years ago on the way out of the woods...

Those look like what we call'd "Tote Goats" years ago out west. I wonder if they have changed names, or are just something similar.
