Still looking for a D coordinator, however. Ohio State's LB coach, Al Washington, turned down your HC and AD and their $1.5 million offer to be the Vols DC to stay in Columbus for less money. I would think a DC would want to hire/bring his staff.

Volquest guys said with sticking at OSU he's got a good shot of being their DC in a couple years, or sooner.
Can't say I blame him and they're not exactly paying him chump change now to be a position coach.

Glad he was hired but seems you'd get the DC in place first so he has some say so in who he's working with.
