I'm hunting a new lease in Rockvale this season. I've got a perm stand close to a cow field with a good trail heading to a pond and possible bedding area. I can also use my clinber to hunt near the small pond. Any suggestions on location (i know wind will help decide). I'm new to the site and love it so far!

Post it one more time and maybe some one will tell you to post a aerial map or give a few details about the property layout because your post is way to vague other wise all we can say is use ur climber on a tree over deer sign somewhere you got permission to hunt lol
I would figure out which wind direction was best for the permanent stand and then hang the climbing stand in a place good for the opposite wind direction. Then the wind tells you where to hunt for the day.
