Have no clue, but looks like some sort of hammer. Found in Creek bed​ near Nashville. Any help would be appreciated

Sorry pockets, and I'm not an expert, but I don't see an artifact there.. Just the way the wind and water worked that rock after it broke.. But I could be wrong.. I've found several rocks similar that I thought were some sort of artifact, but turns out they were just rocks...
 
Thanks for the input. We didn't know for sure. It's the neighbor's rock & he thinks it's an Indian rock/tool of some sort.

It's hard to say (for sure) one way or the other but I tend to think it is indeed a tool. Would have to see/hold it in person to say for sure
