Went to put some corn out in a new spot on the property to get some trail cam pics before season. It's in a well travelled area that I've always walked past for some reason. When the corn is gone, the deer should have a good reason to stick around. Found the first couple of ripe acorns. And a few green ones knocked out by squirrels.

the only oaks on my place are shumard oaks and chinkapin. The chinkapin dont drop until October
