shot a couple targets to practice for the 25 yard open sight bench rest for score match..

not bad but need to shoot better to compete with those guys..

what are the top dogs shoot Big? I enjoy see the targets. I cant shoot that much and dont feel like caughing up the jack for another 22 but its a sweet rig!

I have seen some targets shot with the CZ UL,the Kimber 82,and the Rem 40x that were 200 15X,,but they were shooting 10-12$ a box ammo..

I tried before dark with Ethans 452 American with 3-9 Simmons scope and couldnt do any better..

gonna have to break down and get some GOOD ammo..

I picked up a Kimber 82 earlier this year. It was a new 1990 model, never been fired. Got it $100 under CMP price on GOC.
I have been shooting 50yds. From the bench at 50yds, w/ factory peep sights, with the Federal Auto match Walmart ammo ($15 for 325 shells)it will shot 5 shots all within the 10 ring, about every time.
I have been working on 3p, I have found I really stink at standing @ 50yrds.
Now I could get into the bench rest shooting.
