If you want to shoot the heavier .223 bullets first thing I would do is narrow my choices to the rifles that have either a 1 in 8 or 1 in 9 twist.

I have narrowed down my choices to these 4 rifles all with 1-9 twists

cz 527 euro varminter
700 sps tactical
savage 12 bvss
Savage 12fvc

I would appreciate any guidance

Boy, I would be hard pressed to pick one of the 4 you listed. IMO the Remington would be the wildcard. Some shoot great, some not so great. I own a lefty CZ in .204 Ruger and with factory ammo it easily shoots 1/2 inch or better groups at 100 yards. I have owned a couple of Savages and they were all accurate. Once had a lefty Savage but forget the model #. It was stainless with a sporter barrel in a cheap black plastic stock and it was the most accurate rifle I ever owned, until I bought the CZ.
My vote would go to the CZ or Savage. But everyone has different opinions. Good luck.
