I pt the Rifle Basix trigger in the Savage 110 FCP-HS 338 LM this morning after we got done shooting,,one of the guys I shoot with gave it to me,it wouldnt work in his rifle with the McMillan stock on it,
they claim 6-8 ounces but about 14-16 ounces is as low as I could get without having slam fires and the like,,
the factory Accu Trigger was around three pounds as low as it would go,,it will be a couple weeks before I can afford to shoot this rifle again but am lookin forward to tryin the trigger,

I do have around 50 rounds loaded for it but I dont like to be plum out in case something happens and I need it.

I put one on my Savage 116-LH 300Mag about 4 years ago. I had to readjust it last year because the tang safety slide was just too tight to operate with gloves on. But, other than that, I haven't had any issues with it. I never tested the final pull weight of the trigger, but by "feel" it is about half of what the factory weight was set for. My rifle is the older model, pre-Accu Trigger.

I put a rife basix trigger in my 700 and breaks at 2 lbs and is the best of the ones have. I put a basix sear in a ruger 7mm and it is as a good trigger also.

I have never had a savage and have said they shoot well.
