Riding at night

How many people enjoy riding their motorcycles at night?

I do, and I love it. Riding a bike at any time essentially makes you part of the world you're in more than a car, but it seems even more so after dark. There's just something about the glow of your lights on the road, the feel of the night, and less traffic that is just invigorating. On more than one occasion, friends and I have ridden all night just for the heck of it.

I've met many people who either won't ride after dark, or do their best to avoid it. It seems to be one of those things that you either enjoy or hate.

I love to ride it does not matter if it is day or night

I haven't been at night in years. Maybe after deer season.

don't care for it myself. ten times as many bugs and you can't see the scenery.

I love it, but don't like the idea of the wildlife showing up in my lap in a split second.

Only thing I don't like about it is the chance of a deer getting in front of me before I can see it.

The main thing I didn't like was the bugs. No windshield is terrible sometimes. I never really worried about deer too much, but I've had rabbits and other critters chase me at night.

I do a lot of riding at night. I enjoy it because I enjoy riding anytime! My favorite time to ride is late evening when I can still see scenery and its cooled off some. But night time riding is fun in its own way especially if its clear or there is a lightning storm off in the far distance.
