It's been a long time since I smoked ribs, and they came out terrible because I hadn't learned to control my fire. Now that I've really mastered my grill's temperature fluctuations, I'm going to try my hand again at smoking some baby backs.
I couldn't tell you how I prepared them or what went into it. I mixed some yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, a dab of honey, and a splash of soy sauce.....each side of the ribs got a couple spoonfuls and a rub down. I then sprinkled my trial & error rub, and patted it in.
They're wrapped in plastic wrap, and chilling in the dorm fridge. Lighting the grill somewhere in the neighborhood of noon tomorrow. This will be good!
