Ribs anyone?

Moms 70th birthday and she wanted ribs.....she got ribs......I broke out the big smoker. There are 15 racks on there and nothing but bones left. My ribs will make you smack your granny. My neighbor has won several grand champions with my rub and sauce. I left 4 racks dry. We also went through 25 pounds of venison bratwurst, no telling how much tater salad, slaw and baked beans. Not even going to mention the banana pudding.

Cross between Carolina and KC. Sweet but with a nice vinegar kick.
