I thought it might be interesting to post any replies you receive from the people you email about the proposed changes.
Here is what I received back from Tandy Darby.

Good morning. We have had multiply meetings with TWRA on very subject. Most if not all the Representatives in our area are avid duck hunters and understand the importance of your stance and is ours as well. Thanks for your concern and we are in agreement.

Sounds like a BS response. I don't see then getting many varying opinions.
