No it's not a recall, that issue was w/ rifles produced between May of 2006-April of 2014. This rifle was made in 1991

Gah! Lol EastTNHunter - and agreed on all the above around the rifle - it's a beauty from one of Remingtons best eras in one of my favorite calibers….. trying to talk Chippy into it …. Not sure about me sitting on a pile of money though. I'm married with two kids! I could use a good rifle though - after selling everything not lost in the tragic boating accident I need something or will be hunting with rocks and bricks.
