Its another 7mm wildcat and yeah, the ammo prices are crazy.

If you already handload I would subtract what 200 pieces of brass cost from the offering price and still go lower. The rifle is almost useless because of the ammo cost.

If it's a sendero, it's worth $900-$1100. i would imagine that anybody interested in a 7stw would be a reloader. If you're not, as others have mentioned I'd move on. If it's a deal, buy it and flip it.

To call it almost useless because of ammo cost is a bit of a stretch. There are tons of chamberings where factory ammo costs is prohibitive, but are far from worthless.
 
If I remember correctly brass for the stw is nearly $2 apiece. If I hunted large fields I would probably build one custom but there are cheaper rifles to shoot.
