870 youth TSS#9 carlsons 575 vs jebs 565

40 yds

Turned the paper over to get an idea on better pattern carlsons had 212 in a 10 circle, Jebs had 239

Both patterns are more than enough to kill at that distance. What shell manufacturer? Did you count pellets in between 10" and 20" circle. They tell the rest of the story.

Federal and no I didn't count a 20 inch circle, but I think the carlsons was more even spread and more forgiving.

I may be partial because I shoot the Carlson .575 in 4 of my guns but I would go with the more forgiving pattern every time!
