Rem 141 Gamemaster Worth?

Hey Guys, Does anyone know what i should ask for my 141 in 30 cal? as i dont know anything about them. i got it from my grandfather via my father. the bluing is excellent with hardly any wear especially on the spiral tube magazine.

Blue book says 100%=465.00, 98%=425.00, 95%=350.00, 90%=295.00, 80%=240.00, this should give you a place to start.
