Reelfoot duck hunting ? for twra lady

I was wondering if reelfoot was open to anyone who wanted to hunt it during the duck season. Like if i wanted to drive my boat out there and pull up next to some brush and hunt out there, is that legal?

It is open for that type of hunting. However, it is my understanding that you have to be a set distance from any established blind. Give Region I a call to get the distance.
