Im thinking about buying the jacket and pants. Has anyone used these or know someone who has? How good are they? How warm are they?

I have the squaltex lightweight jacket. Waterproof and windproof. Had it for 4 years. I use it for all of my hunting. I layer polar fleece and then use the jacket for an outer shell. Works great.

I have the bibs, only worn them a few times. I don't hunt in the rain, but I take them with me when I go camping. You'll need to at least wear a base layer and a mid layer of clothing. It's not cold weather type of gear...probably not bad for temps in the mid 40s, but I would'nt wear it out this weekend when the temps go down to the teens. 
I don't have any but one of my hunting buddies bought a set. We were scouting just prior to deer season in a good rain.
Leaked around the joints on the jacket and in the seat when he sat down. Took them back the next day.
Look at the cabelas rain suede. I have a pair of uninsulated bibs and they have been incredible. Quiet, 100% rain proof, and well made.
